Customer Service

We are available - for in person meetings, by phone or by e-mail, even on the weekends. Whether our clients are local or out of town we arrange all meetings between our clients and sub-contractors to meet the client’s schedule. We want new homeowners to feel comfortable throughout the building process and after its completion.

 

To this end we provide a number of meetings, including:

• 10 hours of design service
• Electrical walk through after the home is framed
• Low-voltage and security walk through
• Review of all cabinet, closet and pantry designs with the cabinet maker

These are some of the things we do to help you have a pleasurable experience before, during and after the construction of your new home.

Financing is available. We also work with banks and mortgage companies. If financing is already in place, we provide the lender and owner with Vendor Lien Waivers, assuring that all invoices are paid in full.
